    Quick-action row from the Able Pro mockup ("Nouvelle tâche" / "Nouvelle
    note" / "Nouvelle réunion"). "Nouvelle tâche" opens the global
    `QuickCreateTask` modal (mounted once panel-wide — see
    AppPanelProvider's render hook) by dispatching `open-create-task`,
    picked up wherever the modal actually lives — not `wire:click=
    "mountAction(...)"`, since that only works when the button and the
    action share the same Livewire component, which isn't the case here.
    "Nouvelle note" opens the global Aperçu panel's note editor directly
    (HasApercu::openApercuNote(), already `use`d by Dashboard) — no
    navigation to NotesIndex needed. "Nouvelle réunion" is left as a
    visibly-disabled stub for a future iteration, same "build one, stub the
    rest" pattern as the my-tasks-card tabs.
